Doris was always a kind and sweet person. She always had a smile.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16 For sure her name was written in the Lamb’s book of life and she is now celebrating with Jesus. No more tears, no more pain. Love you Aunt Doris
She always had a smile when I saw her at Millers. Will miss that next time I’m there.
I am so sorry to hear of the death of Doris. The passing away of a loved one is always with much sorrow. May we have faith and confidence in the Bible’s promise of a time when pain, sickness and death are a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3, 4). My condolences are with the family at this difficult time.
I was saddened to hear of Doris passing. She always had a smile when I saw her at Miller’s. Doris made some beautiful quilts, and use to help quilt the membership quilts given at the Alumni Banquets each year. She was an asset to Citizens Bank for many years. My condolence to her family. She was a lovely lady.

So sorry to hear about Doris passing. She use to sit with My Mother ‘Malva Foster, and Grace Waltz at meal times. She was a hoot never said much, but always smiling, always getting up and leaving the dining hall, but she always returned. My Mother ,and Grace just passed the last of April, and I know they are all together in Heaven. We have the promise of the Lord and God the Father that those of us who believe in him shall have eternal life. SO we will all be together again so day.Our prayers are with you during these trying times.
Many good memories as a child of this precious lady. Will always remember her as one of the many COG family. Teresa (Boone) Duncan
I’ve missed Doris for a long time, but i have so many memories. She made the best snickerdoodles i have ever had.
I remember Doris sat the table with my Grandma Alice. One day she saw me drinking a Diet Coke and started smiling and said how much she loved them. I went and bought her one and she drank the whole thing. It made her day. My Grandma left us in November.
