Anna Louise Bishop
November 12, 1929 ~ February 6, 2015
Anna Louise Bishop, 85, Mooresville, died peacefully at home February 6, 2015. Mrs. Bishop was born November 12, 1929, in Monrovia, to the late Lloyd and Della (Smithers) Collee.
She was a proud homemaker and loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Bishop was a member of Lifeline Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Bishop; brother, Vernon Haggard; sister, Pauline Brown.
Survivors include children, Jerry Lee Karst (Sharon) of Missouri, John Edward Karst (Nanette) of Mooresville and Duane Eugene Bishop (Sheila) of Plainfield; brother Larry Collee of Demott; sisters, Ann Bigger of Lake Village, Betty South Bucholz of Lake Village, and June Ludwig of Browsburg; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
Friends and family will gather on Monday, February 9, 2015, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in Lifeline Baptist Church, 13387 N. Slideoff Road, Camby. The funeral will begin at 1 p.m., followed by burial at White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville. Pastor Tim A. Lindsey, II will officiate. My heart is with each and everyone of you, I could just see the reunion she had when she got to Heaven. Uncle Charlie, Grandma, Grandpa and all of our loved ones that has gone on before her. May God wrap His arms around you all though the difficult times and hold your hand always. Aunt Louise give my Dad a hug for me and fly high now. I love you always.
