Benny Earl Kindle, Jr.

Benny Earl Kindle, Jr., 68, of Mooresville, passed unexpectedly on June 26, 2024, at Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital. He was born in Martinsville on June 19, 1956, to the late Benjamin Earl and Wanda June (Hamm) Kindle. Benny attended Monrovia High School. He married Nina Gooch on November 10, 1973, and she survives. Benny spent 15 years as a roofer before serving 15 years as a truck driver. Most recently, he worked for Plainfield Correctional Facility.
Benny enjoyed boating in the summers with family and friends. He took pride in drag racing, traveling to Bean Blossom, Terre Haute, Edgewater, and Illinois. Benny was a strong-willed and independent man. His wit and sarcasm will be sorely missed.
In addition to his parents, Benny is preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Kindle; sister, Kimberly Kindle; and sister-in-law, Laura Kindle.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Nina Kindle; son, Benji Kindle; brothers, Randy (Kathleen) Kindle, and Mark Kindle; grandchildren, Benny Kindle, Nikki Parr, and Natalie Kindle; and great-granddaughter, Aisley.

Benny- like you, I was disheartened by the change in my schedule such that I didn’t get to see you as often. I will miss getting to see you during our impromptu run-ins at Frabergs and Meijer as well as our scheduled visits. I hope to continue to care for Nina for years to come. With much love,
