Camellia Faye Cline

Mooresville, Indiana – Camellia Faye Cline, of Mooresville, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Faye was born to Noah Smalling and Audrey Johnson in Lafayette, Tennessee on April 21, 1944. She was 78 years old.

Faye was married to Bobby Cline on June 27, 1962. They kept their home as the gathering place, where many memories were made including family weddings. Together they could look out at their pond and watch the hummingbirds in the garden. They remained together until Bobby passed in 2010.

A child of God, Faye would spend every morning reading her bible until her sight left her. Her time in church was second only to one thing, her love for her family.

Faye’s love was obvious in how she tended to her garden and flowers. She would share fresh strawberries with her children and grandchildren, grow the best corn and green beans, and create flower arrangements for them.

In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Cline; brother Vernon Smalling; and sisters Francis Cheeseman and Helen Holcomb.

Faye is survived by her daughter Sandra West (Dave); son Charles Brady Cline, Christopher Lee Cline (Risa Breeden); granddaughters Amber Michelle Fields (Daniel) and Crystal Young (Terry Simpson); grandson David Aaron West (Caitlin); Jessee Cline, Jake Cline, Lindsey Cline, Abby Cline; and 14 great-great grandchildren.

The family will gather to receive visitors at Carlisle Branson Funeral Services on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm with burial to take place at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, Indiana at 3:15 pm.
