Darn It I was just thinking of my old friend last weekend and was planning to contact him. Charles and Tom., my twin and I were the bicycle bandits (not really bandits) of our downtown neighborhood; growing up together in the 50’s and 60’S. We sure had a lot of fun back then. I’m sorry that we lost touch. I did see Charles and Tom again eight years ago when I lost my brother. I really did enjoy reminiscing w/ them then. Farewell my friend and Godspeed!
My mother told me that when I was small, Uncle Chuck used to love teasing me by pushing his teeth out. I would scream and run, and try to get my teeth out. He and Aunt Dottie wanted children! Finally after a little procedure Dianna came along! And of course the rest is history ߘ. He loved you all very much! I always felt a special connection to him, maybe his closeness to my dad? He was rough on the outside but tender on the inside. I’m sorry for your loss.
