Cheryl (Harris) Morgan

Cheryl Harris Morgan, 55, Mooresville, died January 17, 2012, in Kindred Transitional Care, Greenwood. Cheryl was born March 29, 1956, in Indianapolis, to Rose Marie (Lloyd) Harris and the late Richard Allen Harris.

Cheryl graduated from Monrovia High School in 1974 and attended Ivy Tech. She worked for a number of years for Sankyo America as the office manager. More recently, she was employed as the office manager at Marsh in Mooresville. Cheryl enjoyed crafts, including crocheting, making jewelry and baking. She loved camping and fishing. She will be missed by her loving family and many friends.

Survivors include her mother, Rose Marie (Lloyd) Harris of Mooresville; brothers, Richard A. Harris, II (Micky) of Springville and Kevin Harris (Deanna) of Monrovia; sister, Ronnie Kay Glassburn of Mooresville; special nieces and nephews, Rebel Mings, Kaleb Glassburn, Jacob Glassburn, Danton Harris, and Kelci Carmichael; great nieces and nephews, Declan, Chloe, and Randi Mings, Shastin, Derrick, and Dustin Harris and Jasmine Smith; step-father, Tom Simshauser of Mooresville

The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2012.
