I feel so honored to have known Cynthia these past 12 years. As a nurse at Hendricks Regional Health, I had the opportunity to see Cynthia make a difference in countless patients’ hospital experiences, all for the better. Wednesdays brought a smile to everyone’s face as that was Cynthia and Jesse’s dedicated HRH day. I don’t know who enjoyed Wednesdays more, the patients, the staff, Cynthia, or Jesse. It was a love fest all the way around. Needless to say, Cynthia will be very sorely missed by so very many. She was the most selfless and caring person I have ever known. Rest In Peace my dear Cynthia. Please give a hug to Ellie May, Tucker, and Cooper.
Wednesday’s at HRH will never be the same. You and your 4-legged companions were such a bright spot in our day. I love you dearly and will treasure our friendship forever. We will make sure Jesse still finds his way to HRH to visit his friends. Miss you so much already.
She was a very kind lady. She was my sons teacher at Chapel Glen Elementary. I also had the pleasure of seeing her where I work at Hendricks Regional Health. We will miss all the love and kindness she shared with everyone!
I am saddened by Cynthia’s passing. While at Danville, her Wednesday visits were such a joy. Seeing her beautiful smile, and Ellie May or Jesse’s wagging tail, made everyone smile and feel better. Bless you for all the joy and kindness you gave, and for giving yourself so generously to others.

I have fond memories of Cynthia with Tucker and Jessie at the hospital, as well as Becky Davis’ Obedience Classes. She was an amazing dog owner/handler and made a positive difference in so many peoples’ lives. May God reward you in heaven for all you have given to others here.
Precious friend from 30 years ago, we had some fun with our horses at Sugar Grove Stables. We rode, we laughed (a lot), we had shiny horse contests, we talked about Roy Rogers, we had the best times. May you ride with wings now in complete peace and exuberant joy until we meet again. Love you, love Ron…always have, always will, Kim VB
I am not sure what to say, there are no words to express how saddened I am, and your family’s loss. My heart feels for you during this difficult time. I met Cynthia through dog obedience training at Speck’s Avon. Cynthia was such a joy and her smile is endless. Cynthia along with others helped me and my (4) dogs become certified therapy dogs. I will greatly miss Cynthia and her fur babies at Speck’s and at our TDI picnic’s at her house and other events we did together. Our last event was the Hendricks Regional Holiday Party in December at the Fairgrounds. I am so grateful for that time, and will cherish it. We laughed, and smiled and enjoyed the families as they loved on Jesse and Gilly. Cynthia will be forever missed.

Cynthia came to visit every Wednesday at HRH—so glad to have met such a wonderful person in this world. She inspires me to see and experience as many places as I am able to —-also to comfort those in need young or old, healthy or ill—we all are inspired by Cynthia’s compassion for people and animals—-what comfort and joy she has brought to so many. God Bless Her! Jill W.
So sorry to hear of this great loss. I will miss her. I loved her spunk, style and most of all the brightness and kindness she brought to this world. Rest In Peace
