Daniel Peasley, 54, of Portland, Tennessee, formerly of Mooresville, died May 28, 2012, in Tennessee. He was born March 31, 1958, in Hollywood, Florida, to Joseph and Phyllis (Gosdey) Peasley.
Dan graduated from Mooresville High School and married his wife, Charlotte (Harper) Peasley on March 5, 1977. He worked for a number of years in Portland, TN as a dispatcher for First Fleet.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Peasley.
Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Peasley of Portland, TN; son, Ty Peasley of Tennessee; daughter, Mary Frosblom (Lee) of Massachusetts; mother, Phyllis Peasley of Mooresville;
3 brothers; 2 sisters; 4 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m., Saturday, June 23, 2012, in the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 2 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
