Darrel Lane Beckett

Darrel Lane Beckett, 41, Monrovia, died November 3, 2011, in St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove. Darrel was born September 29, 1970, in Marion County.
Darrel attended Monrovia High School and had worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his son, Jacob. He was loving and caring son and father. Darrel will be fondly remembered by his loving family and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marlin Beckett and his sister, Marsanne Dawn Beckett.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Pongie and Loren Moore of Monrovia; son, Jacob Beckett of Monrovia; grandmother, Pauline McCloud of Mooresville; wife, Agnes Beckett of Ohio.
The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m., Monday, November 7, 2011, at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 12 Noon. Rev. Jack Elliott will officiate, and burial will be in West Union Cemetery, Monrovia. Memorial contributions may be made to Damar Services, 6067 Decatur Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46241.
