Darrell Lawless, 40, Mooresville, died unexpectedly on December 16, 2012. Darrell was born July 1, 1972, in Martinsville.
He attended Mooresville High School and worked various jobs through the years. Darrell was a hard worker and especially loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his son, Jessie Lawless; mother and stepfather, Grace and Billy Williams of Mooresville; father and stepmother, Kinnie Lawless and Lory Eastridge; sisters, Dawn Morphew Mindy Lawless of Mooresville; half-sister, Bianca Kendel of Indianapolis; stepbrother, Cheyenne Williams of Mooresville; stepsisters, Belinda Eastridge and Laura Rodriguez-Lopez, both of Mooresville.
There will be a memorial service on Friday, December 21, 2012, 1 p.m., in Bethel Friends Church, Mooresville. Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville. My heart goes out to your famiily! I have always considered your dad (kinnie) a father of my own. He always gives me a hug and you did the same. I will remember playing hungry hungry hippos with you when we were little. I am glad I had the chance to get to know you and to have some memories. My prayers are with all of you! Miss you Kinnie!!
