  1. Remember having fun playing in the neighborhood growing up thru gradeschool together with Bo and all our other neighborhood friends. And talking about and listening to all his record albums. Had quite a collection already in grade school. Not many like you Bo! a true, genuinely good person! You will be missed buddy!

  2. Bo was one of those people that I have seen since grade school. Went to school with him. Worked at Damar with him. Randomly saw him around and he always had a smile on his face. So sad that he’s gone. Prayers for his family and loved ones.

  3. Bo was a fun guy in high school. He was great in band and brought a lot of smiles. I know he’s up there making music!

  6. Such a happy soul, such a shame to lose him so soon. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and those close to Bo, he was definitely someone who will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace, painlessly, and unselfishly. God bless him and those who loved him. He will always be missed.

  7. I had the honor and privledge to be just one of Bo’s nurses. His shirts and hats made us all smile. The trust Bo and his family gave us was never missed by those who cared for him. I thank you for letting me care and get to know a gentle soul. He will be missed. My prayers are with you as you travel this road learning how to live in a world without him. You can’t see him anymore but rest assured he walks in your heart. Kay Cloud

  8. Our son Marcus is in Mr.Bo’s (as we know him) CIP room just started this year as he is in 2nd grade. I could tell right away that he would do anything for our special children as they are part of god and so is Mr.Bo. My last memory of him was on a field trip to Appleworks, there was one student having alot of trouble due to being out of routine..Mr.Bo took him to a quite little area under a shade tree and sat with him and right away the young boy calmed down, it was very peaceful. We had an angel on earth and now we have one in heaven watching over our special children. God bless your family at this time of loss, as I know we will miss you dearly. Love, The Kreuzman Family

  9. Our prayers from your family in Texas are with you all, I would be a 3rd cousin (daughter of Gene Holder), one of very many cousins who never had the opportunity to meet Bo and can tell by the wonderful comments from his friends that we missed out on knowing a special person. God Bless you all and be with you during this difficult time and Heaven sure has another Angel!

  10. This was my son Colton’s first year with Mr. Bo’s CIP room. Even though Colton was only in your room for a short time you made a huge impact on his progress. I thank you so much for that. The few times that I spoke with or had contact with you I could tell that you genuinely loved your job and the kids. I am so very glad that Colton and I were blessed to know you. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Rest in peace Mr. Bo. Sincerely, Vickie and Colton

  11. Bo was the only boy who ever wrote my name on his shoe…when I didn’t believe anyone in the world would want to date me. It has always been a fond memory. Rest in Peace.

  12. Holder Family – Mr Bo will always hold a special place in each member of my family’s heart. We cherish the care and fun he provided Jack at school. I’m sure Jack greeted Bo today in heaven with open arms and his crooked smile. Our prayers are with you! Becky Brehob-Bucker and Delaney, Josie and Nate

  18. One of my good friends back in high school. Always a smile on his face and so very kind to everyone. Saw him a year ago, same Bo we always knew, a bright light shining when he entered the room. My best to his family in this difficult time.

  19. I remember Bo from Ben Davis band. He never had an unkind word to say to anyone. I’m sad to hear he has passed on, and I offer my sincere condelences to his family.

  20. Bo was a truly great friend when I was in high school. We met through the high school speech team and spent a lot of time together double dating and hanging out. He even let me practice driving in his blue Rambler! We spent many hours searching for obscure records in even more obscure vinyl shops. I only recently reconnected with Bo and he was a huge help in counseling me when I found out I had cancer. Bo was so reassuring to me that I would be fine, as I dealt with a much more treatable form than he was faced with. He never showed me any signs of fear in his own battle. Bo, you are a truly caring friend and will be missed!
