In accordance with Delbert's wishes, there will be no formal services.
He is survived by a son; Michael Simpson, brother; Albert Simpson, cousin and caregivers; William and Katie Bryan.
Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
