DeWayne C. "Bub" Hartsburg Jr.

DeWayne C. “Bub” Hartsburg, 65, Mooresville, died April 4, 2012, in St. Francis Hospital, Mooresville. DeWayne was born in Vincennes, Indiana, on August 1, 1946.
He graduated from Mooresville High School in 1964. A proud veteran of the United States Army, DeWayne served as the Commander of the American Legion in Grove City, Ohio. He retired from Batteries Unlimited and was previously employed by Signal Trucking and Tynan Equipment. DeWayne enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, DeWayne C. Hartsburg, Sr. and his stepfather, James Mayberry.
Survivors include his mother, Dixie (Oniones) Mayberry of Mooresville; brothers, Stephen Hartsburg of Mooresville, Christian D. Hartsburg of Oakland City, and Gaylord Hartsburg (Roberta) of Moores Hill; sister, Dianna Grindean (Gary) of Monrovia; a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Pastor Ken Duke will officiate the 12 Noon funeral service on Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
