Edna Barnes Pulley

Edna Barnes Pulley, 82, Camby, died June 27, 2013, in Decatur Township Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born May 30, 1931, in Twinton, Tennessee, to the late Thomas and Lissie (Reed) Barnes.

Edna earlier worked for Automotive Armature. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Always full of life, Edna enjoyed participating in all of the activities at the nursing home. She enjoyed quilting and dancing while her health allowed it. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by six infant siblings; brothers, Melvin, Paul, and Alvin Barnes, Sr.; sisters, Mary Smith and Martha Henry; grandson, Ricky Lowhorn.

Survivors include her children, Judy Hargis (Morris) of Grimsley and June Wyatt (George) both of Grimsley, Tennessee, Debbie Lowhorn of Camby, Rick Lowhorn of Martinsville; Terry Lowhorn (Janie) of Mooresville; 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren and three on the way; many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2013, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling from 12 Noon.
