Elizabeth Ann Dixson, 32, Mooresville, died February 29, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer. Elizabeth was born November 27, 1979, in Indianapolis, to Freddie Joe and Judy (Willoughby) Dixson, who survive.
She graduated from Decatur Central High School in 1999 and enjoyed working at the Marine Center in Beech Grove. Elizabeth loved spending time with her children and was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing also.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her children, Brittany Alexis, Damon Bradley, and Ashlyn Marie Dixson; life companion, Randy McGuire and his children, Melissa Jo Wilson, Colby Diane McGuire and Madison JoAnn McGuire; brothers, Timothy Joe Dixson, Freddie Allen Dixson, and Christopher William Dixson; sisters, Felecia Dixson and April Michelle Dixson; Randy’s parents, Ronnie and Mary McGuire; 22 nieces and nephews; 9 great nieces and nephews; and numerous loving extended families.
The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012.
