Elizabeth Ann Waggoner-Noel, 26, Monrovia, died January 21, 2012. She was born May 3, 1985, in Indianapolis.
Libby attended Monrovia High School and Ivy Tech Community College. She was a loving mother, wife, and homemaker. She was a member of Christ Church of Plainfield.
Survivors include her husband, Philip Noel; mother and father, Judy and Dave Maschino; children, Aaliyah Waggoner, Corbin Hendrickson, and Trinity Noel; brothers, Daniel and Samuel Waggoner; sister, Savannah Waggoner; grandparents, Pauline and James Godsey.
The funeral service was held privately on Thursday, January 26, 2012, in Christ Church of Plainfield. Burial was in West Union Cemetery, Monrovia. Funeral arrangements were handled by Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
