Emersyn Faye Bogue

Emersyn Faye Bogue, 2 months, became her family’s Guardian Angel on Saturday, July 9, 2022, when she passed away unexpectedly at home. Emersyn was born April 28, 2022, in Danville to her parents, Jasmine R. Gentry and Dylan S. Bogue.

Emersyn was a healthy and happy baby from the moment she arrived. She had a beautiful headful of dark hair, chubby cheeks, and a smile that could light up any room. She became a true blessing for her family when she arrived. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving family.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her maternal grandparents, Debbie and Scott Gentry; paternal grandparents, Angel Bristow & Michael Jordan; Matt Bogue & Chelsea Pearson; great grandparents, Ronnie & Sandy Gentry; Connie Achey, Carolyn Luther, Koretta Burt, Lori Leigh, and Timothy Bogue; great great grandparents, Jessie & Shirley Bowman; aunts and uncles, Jenna Gentry, Michael Gentry, Abby Gentry, Elijah Gentry, Paige Gentry, Jaylen Scott, Clayton & Taylor Carroll, Justin Jones, Alyssa Bogue, Dannica Bogue, Colton Bogue, Braeden Hillman, Brayden Jordan, and Jaylen Jordan.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 14, 2022, 5 to 8 p.m., at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, 39 E. High Street, Mooresville. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Friday, July 15, 2022, at the funeral home, with burial following at Centerton Cemetery. ***High Street is CLOSED due to a major road improvement project. Please access the funeral home from Indiana Street or South Street by using the alleys that are adjacent to the funeral home. Large directional signs are in place to direct you to the funeral home parking lot. Thank you for your patience. ***
