  1. While working at her house I took my boyfriend Lo with me and when I told her it was time for us to go she grabbed his hand and said, ‘you can go but you can leave him here with me.’ It was so CUTE!!!

  2. Bob, Gary, Kathy, Matt, I am so sorry for your loss-I don’t remember how it came about but I was just remembering my monthly phone conversations with Aunt Lou. I really enjoyed the time she took to share stories and memories with me. Knowing Aunt Lou I am sure she took the time to call and catch up with many people. I am just glad she thought to add me to her list. I love you all and will keep you in my prayers. Bo & Mary

  3. Last summer Louise told me that the Lord had blessed her with a wonderful life and that she had no regrets whatsoever. The Lord gave her a beautiful family and such a beautiful place to live she was clearly happy for all she was given and that is all we can ever ask for.She was a true believer and this earth was lucky to have her…such a lady and such a beautiful soul.

  4. Louise took care of me as a small child. She was my childhood babysitter and I will never forget her. –Paul Norris

  6. Gail and Kathy, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember traveling with Louise to Gatlinberg with Mary Allen, Judy Denny and Barbara Bolinger McAlister. Oh what fun we had. It was great. Loved her alot and love you guys too. Take care.

  7. My memories of Louise go back to the 60s on Luett st. when she was a cub scout den mother. I wanted to join the scouts so bad but my chores after school wouldn not let me. Later after my time in the service when Bob and I started hanging out she always made me feel so welcome and at home at thier place that it was a joy to go up the street to thier house. She was truly a wonderful person and an inspiration to everyone. God bless you Louise and heaven is truly a better place with your presence. love Bill Fleehearty

  8. Louise was our special friend over many years. From Landmark Baptist Church. Raymond being her pastor there, who was then called Bro. Mack. Lots of good fond memories. Louise was a sweet Christian lady who loved the Lord, her family and her friends. We were so blessed to have know her. Even after thirteen years living in Florida, we stayed close friends, with calls, cards and visits when we were in Indianapolis. We will miss her and her welcome smile and her love. May God be close and bless her children and give comfort to their hearts during this time of loss of a mother and grandmother they loved so dearly. With our prays, love and sympathy. Bro. Ray and Barbara McAlister 1/25/2013 See you later. John 14:1-3 Father’s Hand So on I travel, hand in hand, Bound for the heavenly Promised Land Always through all eternity I’ll praise His Name for leading me – safely home.
