Evelyn G. (Hoover) Paris, 101, of Mooresville, passed away March 24, 2019. Evelyn was born January 2, 1918, in Zionsville, Indiana to the late Roy and Dessie (Canada) Hoover.
Evelyn received her associate’s degree from Indiana Business College. She worked at Boone County Courthouse and Rock Island Pipeline through the years. Mrs. Paris was a member of Zionsville Christian Church. Evelyn never drove but always found a way to go shopping, which she really enjoyed. She also adored looking for antiques. She is going to be greatly missed by her loving friends and family.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Paris and her brother, Henry Hoover.
Survivors include her nephew, Dan (Sue) Hoover and her 2 nieces.

O my sweet “ classy lady” You have given me much more than you’ll ever know. Ive truly enjoyed and will always cherish all of our talks and laughs over the last few years. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to care for you, and truly blessed that I was there to hold your hand and kiss you goodbye as God called you home.
