Gracie Payton Whiteman, 89, Camby, died June 25, 2013. She was born June 13, 1924, in Kentucky, to the late Elijah and Sarah Hoskins.
Gracie worked in the production and assembly department for NK Hurst Bean Factory for many years. She was a member of the Bridgeport Apostolic Church. Gracie enjoyed watching TV land in her spare time. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by all eleven of her siblings; husbands, Johnny C. Payton, James Harman, and Albert Whiteman.
Survivors include her two sons, Ron Payton (Carol) of Camby and Donald Payton (Debbie Rowe) of Indianapolis; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, June 29, 2013, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 10 a.m. Burial will follow in New Crown Cemetery, Indianapolis.
