Helen June Young

Helen June Crews Young, of Mooresville, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2012. Helen was born in Monrovia to Vernie and Mary Crews. She had a brother, Howard Crews, who preceded her in death and a sister, Rosalie Myrick, who survives.
She married her husband, Ray Young, in 1944, who preceded her in death.
Together they had three children, Mike Young (Donna), Linda Young, and Marcia Young Luken (Tom). She was blessed with three grandchildren, Johnathan Young, Jessyca Young, and Nicole Luken Higgins (David). She also was blessed with two great grandchildren, Grace Higgins and Tommy Higgins.

I was sad to hear of Helen Junes passing. I spent alot of afternoons visiting with them both and enjoyed her humour and her dedication to always having a nice home… We always talked about her flowers in summers as i had alot of them too…..They have both left me with alot of good memories….Thinking of you all!!!!
