Helen E. McCardle
94, of Mooresville, IN passed away on March 5, 2019 at Miller’s Merry Manor Mooresville. Helen was born on June 6, 1924 to the late Arthur Jackson Sr. and Louella (Rupp) Jackson of Aurora, IN.
Helen, a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother was a member of the First Baptist Church in Aurora where she once worked as a janitor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Carroll J. McCardle Sr.; daughter Peggy Montgomery; sons Carroll J. McCardle Jr., Larry McCardle; brother Arthur Jackson Jr. and sister Frances Hettiger.
Survivors include her daughter Barbara Yates (Don) of Byron, GA; sister Mary Davis of Ft. Meyers FL; daughter in law Laverne McCardle of Mooresville, IN; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday March 13th at 2:00pm at Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
