Howard P. Fletcher

93, of Mooresville, passed away on February 22, 2020 at Worthington Place in Camby, surrounded by his family. Howard was born on March 19, 1926 in Patterson, New Jersey to the late Max and Hazel (Johnson) Fletcher.

Howard was a member of “The Greatest Generation”, who proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. After service, Howard and his wife Hazel worked on the family farm. Together, they loved the farm life, animals of all kinds, and spending time in the great outdoors. Additionally, they enjoyed traveling around the world.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Hazel R. (DeMoss) Fletcher in 2019.

He is survived by his cousin and extended family.

Services are private.

Final arrangements and cremation are entrusted to Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
