81, of Mooresville, IN passed away on December 30, 2019 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Mooresville, surrounded by her family. Joanne was born on October 29, 1938 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Rudolph Newton and Leona Pauline (Jacobs) Newton.
Joanne was a faithful lady who enjoyed reading her Bible and serving others. It was that love of serving others that lead to a long career as a home health aide. She also enjoyed crafts in her spare time.
She is survived by her children Donald K. Hubbard, Mary L. Coup, Roberta J. Raines-Sowders, Lorri A. Brunette; brother Wayne Newton; sisters Mary Rivera, Geraldine Dishman; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
According to her wishes, Joanne will be cremated and scattered at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of a dear friend. I lost touch with Joanne a few years ago. Joanne loved the Lord with all her heart. She lived to serve others. I shall see her again some day.
