What can you say about JOE! he was a good friend. We frist met at where i lived he worked there doing maintenance. We just got talking one day about maintenance since I worked in that field myself after the fire service. We got talking about guns , hunting fishing, even cooking as we both liked to do. I got to know him better in time when we went fishing also went to alot of gun shops which he loved to do. Even went to a gun show. On one of are fishing trips we took a bet who would catch the biggest fish just for fun.Well Joe casted out his line the frist time I just casted mine it was about two minutes and he caught about 3 to 5 lb catfish. Well you know who won that bet. Joe teased me for a bit but I had to buy him lunch for the bet. Good memory for sure. I will miss his friendship the most. He wanted to go hunting this year and go shoot guns especially after he told me that would be a good gun to buy which I did. He wanted try it out.. I was looking foward to that. Joe had a BIG heart ❤ He talked about his kids from time to time he was proud of his daughter going to collage. And his son growing to be a man you could see the love was there. And his fiance he was glad she was in his life .Joe was Joe had a since humor and joked at times just good times that will miss. Joe rest peace my friend !
Joe was a joy to work with. He was loved by the residents of Friendship Village where he worked while attending college. Joe loved his kids, Nick and Jenna, and talked about them often. Joe was a good man who put other’s needs above his own. He was caring, honest, and proud of his service in the military and to others. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him and can never be replaced. Our condolences go out to Nick and Jenna. Your dad was so proud of you both. With sincere sympathy, Sandy and Kenny Dragoo
