Joyce Marie West

Joyce Marie (Shrout) West, 78, of Mooresville, passed away June 9, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at home. Joyce was born September 20, 1940, in Paris, Kentucky, to the late William Allen and Leda Mae (Hall) Shrout.
Joyce was a member of Life Line Baptist Church. She worked over 25 years at Marsh as the Manger of the Deli Department. Joyce also managed Mockingbird Trailer Park, Florida, for 10 years. Joyce took great pride in her home by tending to her yard and flowers, with many animal statues in the flower beds. She also enjoyed watching a good movie on the Hallmark Chanel and spending time with her family. Joyce is going to be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvine David West, Sr., a daughter, Vicki Lynn Vallejo; siblings, Bobby Shrout, Edward Shrout, Cecil Shrout, and Ruth Ann Frahn; and granddaughter, Ronli Ratliff.
Survivors include her children, Sandra K. (Robert) Allen of Mooresville, Irvine D. (Teresa) West, Jr. of Arizona, and Kimberly F. (Rusty) Sink of Paragon; siblings, Gilbert (Sue) Shrout of Kentucky and Dora Payne of Kentucky; grandchildren, Roger Williams, Brian Williams, Nathan Williams, Chad Williams, Kegan West, Amber Baire, Dusta Langley, Ricky Hammer, Alana Stout, Bradley Kirk, Robbin Petro, and LeeDa Allen; and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2019, 5 to 7 p.m., at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 13, 2019, 11 a.m., at the funeral home.
