Judith Ann Bryant

September 10, 1938 ~ February 1, 2022
Judith Ann Bryant passed away peacefully on February 1, 2022 at the age of 83, just two doors down from the house she was born in. Judy was a true firecracker from the moment she was born on September 10, 1938 in Mooresville, Indiana to the late Doris and H.D. Coleman. As a girl, she loved making music and fashion. She developed a wonderful sense of humor that she carried with her all her life.
Judy worked for Eli Lilly and Company as a secretary after graduating from Mooresville High School. Soon after, she took on the role of a full time mother, raising four sons with her beloved husband Paul D. Bryant. They were married for 53 years and loved one another with a rare, undying passion.
From PTO to homecoming, Judy took an active role in all her sons’ activities as they were growing up. She loved sunbathing, antiquing, and traveling. It is estimated she visited Disneyworld a grand total of 17 times and visited all 50 states. She could often be found, making her famous mayonnaise cake, or treasure hunting at Goodwill. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, playing Liverpool Rummy or sitting on the deck. She also cross stitched and crocheted special, one-of-a-kind gifts for family and friends. Judy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Bryant; son Scott Bryant; brother Gene Coleman, sister Betty Coleman and her twin sister who died at birth.
She is survived by her sons Doug (Jennifer) Bryant, Troy (Jamie) Bryant, Chris (TJ) Bryant, grandchildren Jordan (Josh) Brown, Coleman Bryant, Abigail Bryant, Ruby Bryant, Jax Albert and Lily Albert.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate Judith’s life on Monday, Feb 7th, from 4-6pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville with memorial service beginning at 6pm.

I will truly miss your mother. I am the one that had the Christmas open houses and yiur mother always had to be invited. She wanted us to have a slumber party and spend the night, never wanting to leave! Always sending a thank you for the wonderful time she had and cherished memories! Mom and I made her the little black hats that she hung on her fireplace because she was always trying to sneak them out of my house! I am truly sorry in the loss of your mother, she will be missed!
