I personally did not know Kia but banked at Citizen’s for a long time. She was always friendly and professional. That smile was what I always noticed. RIP Kia.
Kia, you will be missed! You were always true to yourself and had so much talent. Your bright soul was refreshing. I pray you are at peace, and your family finds comfort.
I worked with Kia in the drive-up 3 or 4 years. Our personalities were very different, but we ended up working well together and being good friends. She was a great cook, loved nail art, enjoyed growing succulents, loved her dogs, and was fiercely loyal to her friends. I will miss you Kia. Love you Friend 🧡.
Kia was my best friend at work and we talked and laughed about everything under the sun no matter what . She always brought me things she thought I would like and tell me personal things and allow me to share as well. I will never forget the wonderful friendship I forged with her over the two years . I knew and loved Kia so much and I will miss her everyday
I have banked at Citizens for quite awhile and anytime came through the drive through she was always so helpful and kind .
I worked with Kia 22 years of her 30. She was a wonderful friend. When I first met her we talked about Ice hockey games. Then as we got to know each other we shared many things. I am so glad and thankful our paths crossed. We finally both ended up at the Main office of Citizens, Kia was great to work with. After I retired I loved going through the drive thru to see and talk to her, not knowing a few weeks ago was my last time . You are and will be missed. Rest now and have no more pain. Prayers for Kara and family are said.
Kia was a light in my life and others around her. She was someone I looked forward to seeing everyday I walked into work. Kia would come up with conversations I had no idea I would be having that day. I am grateful of her kind heart, how creative she was with her nails, and her stories about Coconut and Bikini. We would share many stories back and forth of our personal lives which she was a very good listener and reply back to even the small part of my story I was telling. I loved Kia and will miss her so much!
My husband and I have banked at Citizens for over 40 years. I saw Kia regularly at the drive through. We swapped stories about dogs. She was kind, helpful and had a good sense of humor. We will miss her. Bob and Sherry Stewart

Such a wonderful person, 30 plus years we have been with Citizens Bank I enjoyed her smiling face when I came to her window, she would say, “what trouble are you into this week Brenda Rose!” We became very close, and I will miss her terribly. My thoughts and prayers are with the family for this horrific loss.
I am so sorry to hear of Kia’s passing. We grew up together all the way from elementary school to graduation. We enjoyed Girl Scouts together and she was a good childhood friend. We will be praying for her family and friends and I am so sorry for your loss.

Such a beautiful soul taken way too soon. I was just chatting with her at the bank here recently. We went to school together and always loved catching up when we ran into each other. Heaven sure did gain another angel.
This is very sad news. Even though we lost touch over the years, you were still considered one of my friends. You will be missed.
I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She was a long time client of our veterinary practice and her and her sister were just the nicest people! Such a good dog mom! You and your smile will be missed
Kia was a quiet, thoughtful student of mine at Northwood Elementary. It was always a pleasure to chat with her at the Citizens Bank drive-thru. Condolences to her family.
I have been coming to see Kia at Citizens since 2007. She was working in the branch that is the police station now. I always looked forward to being able to have her help me. As a property manager she and Citizens always took care of us. In 20231 we changed banks for a year and she and I were both thrilled when we came back this year. I will miss that smile!
