Kimberly LynnAnn Parsons

Kimberly LynnAnn Parsons, 25, of Martinsville, passed away Friday, June 16th, 2023. She was born May 30th, 1998, in El Centro, California, where she lived during her childhood. She moved to Indianapolis in 2007 and resided in Mooresville for most of her life.

Kimberly is survived by her parents: Jimmy L. Sr. and Glenda A. Parsons of Mooresville; eight brothers, Kevin Moore, Patrick Parsons, Lane Parsons, Jimmy Parsons, Jeremy Parsons, Matt Walton, and Anthony Olapade; four sisters, Gina Eagan, Haley Parsons, Morgan Parsons, and Aysha Parsons; and her niece, Eleina Parsons.

Kimberly graduated from Mooresville High School in 2016, where she played Tennis.  She was a Housekeeper for Pinnacle Recovery Works in Martinsville. Kimberly was a member of Harvest House Church in Mooresville.  An animal lover, she enjoyed raising goats, chickens, potbellied pigs, rabbits, and cats. Most of all, Kimberly loved to spend time with her family. She was known by many as loving, kind, and could easily be described as a farmgirl. 

Kimberly’s Life Celebration® Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at Harvest House Church, 10089 North Kitchen Road, Mooresville.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 22, 2023.  Services will begin at 11 a.m., Friday, June 23, 2023, with Pastor Jimmy Parsons officiating.  Burial will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Waverly.  Memorial contributions may be made in Kimberly's memory to the Morgan County Humane Society, 690 W Mitchell Ave, Martinsville, IN 46151

  5. I’m speechless and lost for word to say. For 6 years you were my partner in crime. We did EVERYTHING together. You were my childhood best friend. We had countless memories together. You were to young and the world isn’t fair. The sky is prettier knowing your up in it. Love you always and may you rest in peace my love. ❤️

  6. As soon as I got to know, Kimmie, I just knew that I was going to ask her if she would be Deslynn’s Godmother. When she excepted it was like a relief of eight right off my phone. Just knowing that if something ever happened to me. She had my daughter. Kimmie and Deslynn had become best of buddies over the years. I am just so glad she had gotten time to install some of her good values in life. We will forever know she will be watching over us until it’s our time and we get to meet again. Thank you Parsons family for raising such a kindhearted faithful strong woman , that I got to meet .

    The Compassionate Friends is an international, non-denominational, grief support group for parents, grandparents and siblings who have suffered the heartbreaking loss of a child. Our only mission is to provide comfort, hope and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or daughter, brother or sister, or grandchild, and to help others better assist the grieving family.
    We meet monthly on the first Wednesday at the New Hope Church, 5307 Fairview Rd, Greenwood, IN 46142 and on the third Tuesday at the Epworth United Methodist, 6450 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46220. Both meetings begin at 6:30pm.
