Mark A. Friday
51, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 22, 2021, at home, surrounded by his family. Mark was born on May 3, 1970, in Bloomington, Indiana to James and Linda Friday (Paddock).

Mark leaves behind many loving family members including his wife, Saundra Friday (Geiger) and daughter, Cathy Friday, His parents James Friday and Linda Paddock, a brother, John (Susan) Friday and a nephew, Trevor (Kelly) Friday.
Mark is preceded in death by a nephew, Logan Friday.

Mark was a lifelong mechanic on many things but had a true hand at fixing motorcycles and carts powered by motorcycle engines. Mark was known for racing motorcycles from a young age and raced dwarf cars and Legend Cars. Mark was last employed by Indianapolis Fleet Services here in Indianapolis. Mark also spent many years working for the Dreyer Motorcycle family in Indianapolis.

Family and friends can gather for Mark’s Life Celebration and memorial service Saturday December 4, 2021 from 2-4pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with a memorial service Saturday at 4:00PM at the funeral home.

Lots of memories of Mark from working together at Dreyer and Napa as one of my parts delivery drivers … Following his racing of dwarf cars to Texas , Ohio as well as local tracks here in Indiana … Running around in our younger days and riding motorcycles .. He worked on several motorcycles of mine … All in all he was my friend and we will miss him tremendously! Godspeed my friend Elmo

  3. So many great memories with Mark. Most of which can not be mentioned. He was my best friend throughout high school and we stayed friends. Him and I went through some very tough times together in the past few years, leaning on each other for support. I am so sorry for the loss to your family.
