Marlon J. Mann, 50, of Cloverdale, formerly of Mooresville, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2012. He was born on March 17, 1962 to Clifford and Roberta (Murray) Mann.
He graduated from Mooresville High School. He was a member of the National Guard for 15 years.
Marlon is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Merle and Helen (Sawyer) Mann, Charles and Pauline Murray.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie (Williams) Mann, to whom he was united in marriage on May 13, 2001; son, Aaron Mann; daughter, Alyssa Mann; grandchildren, Makayla Mann, Alexis Greene, Addyson Greene; brothers, Micheal Mann (Tammy) of Indianapolis, Marty Mann (Elaine) of Mooresville, Mitchell Mann (Betty) of Camby; sisters, Melanee Grubbs (Mike) of Mooresville, Michele Smith of Camby; 12 nieces and nephews; and 14 great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on October 3, 2012, at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation will follow the services by the Morgan County Crematory.
So sorry to hear about Marlon. I went to school with him and can remember him being a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

It breaks my heart that I heard about this today. I have many great memories growing up, sleep overs etc, with Marlon and the family. I’ll be thinking of him.
