I worked with Martha years ago at Habig’s and always enjoyed talking to her when I shopped there. She was a great person who loved many things and will be missed. Debbie (Ringer) Cornelius
My thoughts are with you Mike and your father Ralph.
So sorry for your lost. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry I can not attend, but I have to work that day.
After moving out to the new house Martha loved creating new gardens and flower beds. She planted all kinds of interesting flowers and knew what name for each one. Every season each time i would come over she would walk me around the area and we would look at how nice the plants were doing or enjoy how pretty the flowers had bloomed. She had so many kinds of unique looking Lilly’s. Ever time I see some Lilly’s i think of her. Another thing we would always do is she would take photos and want me to watch as she transferred them to her computer just in case. Here are some photos she took of her garden.
Maelene Grenat is following this tribute.
I first knew Martha when we both lived on Rooker Rd. I went school most if not all 12 years with her and graduated with her in the class of 1964. After graduation we lost touch with one another, but she was a very special friend to me in my school years. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
My sympathy to the family. Martha and I were classmates and even though we lost touch I remember visiting her in her parent’s home. She was always a pleasure to be around. The class of 1964 has lost another dear classmate.

What can I say, she was my First Best Friend, my Care Provider, my World, she was taken from us way to soon, and Dad and I are lost, hurting, confused, mad and many other feelings that have not come up yet, but we are Thankful we had her as long as we did…My parents were married for 46 years, which in these times is indeed a rare thing, so you can imagine his sense of loss…I want to Thank you ALL for your Thoughts & Prayers of Healing and Comfort, my Mother was known and Loved by many, and the World will be a little bit darker without her Bright and Shining Light in it…
Lived on the same street and knew Martha, Ralph and Mike very well. Those were the days. Martha was a very special person. We all loved her. Prayers are with you Ralph and Michael.
Martha was a lovely lady and one of many talents. I first met her when she came to my Mothers house on South St. to pick up an antique desk she was to refinish.. She was so friendly and treated me as if I were an old friend. Martha did a fabulous job on the desk! I will remember her with warm thoughts. My sympathy to all of her family and loved ones. Thoughts and prayers for you Michael and your dad Ralph. We will miss seeing Martha’s smile at the office. Words cannot express my sympathy for you all. We were shocked to hear the sudden news today.
