Mary Jane (Miller) Justus

Mary Jane (Miller) Justus, 92, Mooresville, passed away July 3, 2018, in Community Hospital South. Mrs. Justus was born November 19, 1925. She married the late Willis D. Justus on July 3, 1946, and he preceded her in death in 2014. She graduated from Switz City High School in 1943.

Mrs. Justus was a member of Mt. Gilead Church. A proud homemaker and devoted wife and mother, she was a vigilant caregiver to her beloved husband. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, crocheting, and was an avid reader. She was also very loyal to her Purdue Boilermakers.

Survivors include her sons, Jeffrey (Tina) Justus, Bruce (Rhonda) Justus, and Brian (Julie) Justus; grandchildren, Jeremy, Brenden, Breanna, Todd, and Rachel; great grandchildren, Finnegan, Stella, Owen, Abe, and Liam.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Mrs. Justus on Friday, July 6, 2018, 4 to 8 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018, in the funeral home. Rev. Jeff Faull will officiate and burial will be in White Lick Cemetery.
