Melanie was the type of person who could light up a room!! My heart is breaking knowing my kids have to grow up without her nowߘ Their Aunt Lanie was their favorite person in the world! I love you, Lanie and will miss you every day ❤❤
Melanie will be missed by SO many! I’m still in shock that she is not walking this earth as a physical being. She was always the coolest cat in the room…she was the quiet observant one in the corner who would snap off hilarious one-liners when you least expected it. Mel, it was certainly an honor to be graced with your presence, just wish it was for MUCH longer than 43 years. God must have needed you up there. I will never forget your beautiful smile, warm eyes, and giving heart. ߒհߒְߒհߒְߒհߒְߒհߒְߒ

An angel called home too soon. Over the years of knowing Mel, since she was a little girl, I have never seen this angel without a smile on her face.
Sending condolences and love to the family.
We love you all so much and are so very sorry for your loss!
I am so sad to hear about Melanie’s passing. She was a wonderful person and a great ying to Tarl’s yang! Sending hugs to Tarl. God must have needed another angel.
Mel and I are so sad to learn this news. Melanie and Tarl are very dear to us and she will be missed by all!
I work for Page Construction Services and after many months of putting in every ounce of our blood sweat and tears on a particular project we finally reached the point of painting. Squirrel Painting was hired to bring the beauty of color in this gorgeous remodeled home in Indianapolis. Melanie and Tarl were an absolute pleasure to work side by side with. The two of them were comical, happy and always positive. They were a blessing. To Tarl and the family, I am so sorry for Melanie’s passing.
With love, Uncle Bill, Aunt Sue, Michael, Matthew, William, Sydnie, Billie Lynn, Keith, Crissy, Brandon, Katy, JJ and Jackson.
Our warmest condolences,
May your loving memories of Mel bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time. Praying for you all that each day is easier than the last.
Thinking of you in this difficult time.
With deepest sympathy and love,
Our deepest condolences for your tragic loss. Sending you love and prayers for healing!!
You are in our thoughts and in our heartfelt prayers! With loving memories of Mel,
Tarl, Vicky, Mike and Dawn words cannot express our deepest sympathy. We are praying for you all. From Connie, Sam, Samuel and Ashley.
Our sympathy to all the family. So hard to lose a child at such a young age. I haven’t seen Melanie since she graduated from Mooresville HS with my daughter Niki, Laura and Jeri. They had a lot of good times in their 4 years in high school and middle school too. She made a ziti casserole to bring to our apt. for a party or maybe Niki’s birthday one year. She sent me the recipe for it which I think I may still have. She was such a nice girl and always smiling. May she Rest In Peace ߙϰߏ» Rosie & Niki Saylor
Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart. With love and hugs!!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Melanie was such a beautiful person. She lit up a room with her smile. Prayers of peace, strength and encouragement to you, Tarl and your entire family in your time of mourning.
My husband and I coached Melanie in softball. She always showed up and gave it her all! She was such a joy!
Just found out from a friend about your passing. Unbelievable and terribly sad! Though we weren’t in contact much these past few years, I would think of you from time to time and how we worked hard but also had a lot of fun as partners at ETS. You were sweet and funny and smart and I couldn’t have asked for a better work friend. I will miss you Mel! Doug
My Melanie Love you Dad & Mom
