Michelle E. Doerr

Michelle E. Doerr, 41, of Danville, went home to be with Jesus on November 4, 2011, surrounded by her loving family in St. Vincent Hospice, Indianapolis. She was born on February 18, 1970, to Douglas and Louise (Hornsby) Wynn.

Michelle received her Associate's Degree in nursing from Ivy Tech. She worked at McDonalds in Plainfield and Casey's General Store in Danville. Michelle will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Along with her parents, survivors include her husband, Richard Doerr of Danville; son, Joshua Doerr (Tiffany) of Plainfield; daughter, Amanda Doerr of Danville; loving brother and special sister-in-law, Douglas Wynn Jr. (Elizabeth) of Clayton; three grandchildren, Kaylee, Faith, and Octavia; special niece, Brittany Wynn; nephews, Steven and Nathanyl; aunts, Shelby Jean, Anna Vera, Thelma, Shirley, and Judy; uncles, Theo and Walter; and a host of adored cousins.

Services will be held at 11 a.m., on Monday, November 7, 2011, at the Sunshine Gardens Wesleyan Church, 3101 W. Epler Ave., Indianapolis. Calling will be observed on Sunday, November 6, 2011, from 2 to 7 p.m., in the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Burial will follow the service in the Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis. Pastor Darrel Dennis will officiate the service.
