Michele I’m sorry but I can’t be there. But Nick was a good kid and so much fun on the bus. He alway had a smile for me. I enjoyed having the time to know your son. Hope he got good use out of the blanket we give him. I love being with him. I will kept you in my prayers. It is nice knowing that him is now running, playing and in no pain. Take care Love Brenda Hart (Bus monitor)

Hi Michele: I’m sorry about the loss of your baby. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at your time of grief. I did not know Nick personally and never met him but, I felt as if I knew him just from the conversations you and I had on the telephone. Michele, I could tell from our conversations on the phone that you adored Nicholas and, after seeing his picture, with that BIG BEAUTIFUL smile, it would be pretty hard for anyone not to adore him. Just think, Nick has a brand new body now – one that you and I can only imagine. Please feel free to call me whenever you want to chat. Your memories of Nick will be with you forever; and then you’ll SMILE!! Linda Hudson
Michele, I am incredibly sorry for the loss of your sweet boy. I was his preschool teacher at North Madison for three years…. I am honored to have had the opportunity to know him for a small part of his journey. His smile is not to be forgotten! My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family, Stephanie Wigger
I was blessed with a year of loving and knowing Nicholas in 1st grade at Waverly Elementary. He was one of those children who truly shined and left his mark on your heart. His classmates loved him just as much as I did. I am deeply sorry for the loss of your cherished son. He had such a beautiful soul and will thrive a lifetime in our hearts. Jennifer (Hymer) Beer–1st grade teacher, Waverly Elementary
