  1. He has been a blessing in so many ways touching people’s lives with his kindness and his funny ways …

  2. We had the privilege of getting to know Mr. Ollie after his son & his family moved in across the street from us. We enjoyed the time we spent with him and Sandy at the family get togethers. When my husband had surgery a few years ago, Mr. Ollie & Sandy were at the hospital almost every day. We will always appreciate every thing he did for us. Good bye Mr. Ollie until we meet again.

  3. I am sorry for Ollies family. I know he will be missed terribly but I also know Ollie is happy with his Lord. Jacki Bakr

  4. Ollie was one of the most shaped dressed men I ever met. He had a giving, sweet, kind spirit. He managed to light up a room with his genuine smile. Ollie was an outerward example of God’s love! He will be missed, but Heaven gained a true gentleman! Praying love, strength, and peace over your family. May God guide your steps as you endure the days ahead. Love you all! Laura Smith & The Smith Family

  5. My condolences go out to this family. Yesterday, William Skillern was found in his apartment passed away. I was a close friend of his and we have been trying to contact the family. The death of his father caused Bill to be really depressed. They took William Skillern’s body to the Indianapolis Coroner’s office yesterday. If you can get word to this family that would be greatly appreciated. He did die alone, also. We left a message for Sandra – his stepmother and his sister, Donna yesterday, also. Please have them contact Russell at 317-946-8469.

  6. Years ago when my Aunt Sandy had her liver transplant, my parents and I would go to the hospital to see her. Their granddaughter Krystal was about 2 or 3 at the time. I would go to the gift shop and buy her candy. At that time Uncle Ollie started to call me candy. I really liked that he gave a nickname. He was really LOVED BY ALL WHO KNEW HIM! LOVE YOU BUNCHES UNCLE OLLIE!!<3

  7. My prayers go out to you Sandy and your family. Ollie had a great sense of humor and even though we didn’t see each other much, I will always think of you both as wonderful, and kind people. G-d has a place up there for Ollie and you. Bonnie Goff
