What a wonderful brother in law and friend God has blessed us with for so
many years. Joel would always look forward to warm weather to get here
so we could head up to Indiana to see you.
Sue , my sweet sister , we will be praying for God to comfort you and be with you
as you are walking in the valley right now. Please keep your faith strong because there will be so many obstacles ahead of you in the days to come. But never forget
that God is with you and He is always on
The scene. You can trust Him to bring you
through, especially when you feel like He has left you, you have a direct line to Him, no busy signals , no being put on hold. We
Know you will miss Paul more than ever, especially when we are all gone. Remember Sue that he will meet you at the throne. We love you both more than words can say.
A good man who loved his family. Served and loved his country. I first met him when I was 12 and became friends with his daughter. I looked up to him and admired him as a father figure. He was a good, honest and respectful person. He had integrity and character. One of the good ones, that is for sure. He could always make me laugh when I saw him. We will all miss you Paul!
Uncle Paul will be missed very much. He was such a pleasure to be around. I have so many great memories spent in Indiana with my wonderful family.
I am so thankful for the visit I got to have with Uncle Paul recently. I have nothing but good memories when I think of time spent in Indiana. He always made me feel welcomed and loved. I am blessed by the time I got to spend with him and will forever treasure those moments. I love you Uncle Paul, until next time. ߒ
Paul was such a good person, He always had a smile on his face and a good heart.
He will live in our memories forever. May he rest in peace.
Sue, our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family, Just know that I am here for you,
Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime.
Uncle Paul, you were an amazing man. All of my trips with Mom and Dad to Speedway were always more complete when I spent time with Paula and Angie at your house. You always were so kind, so humble, so loving, and had such amazing heart. Your honesty and integrity is unfortunately a rare quality now days but you were steadfast in your beliefs. Thank you for your service to our country. I will miss your smile and your laugh. I love you so very much. Until we meet again behind the pearly gates. Give my grandmother and grandfather a big hug and a kiss. Granny will happy to see you but sad you had to leave so soon. I love you!
Sue, I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers and hugs to you and your family. Karla Kaufman Ashmore
Sue and family we are so sorry to hear of Paul’s passing. Prayers for y’all! We love y’all! Jessica and Paxton
So sorry for your loss. Prayers to the family. RIP Paul!
Paul was a small boy when I married his brother and adorable as he could be. He remained adorable the rest of his life and always was so good to his mother, even when she sent him to the store to buy her a bra. Most guys would not have wanted to do that but after all, it was his mother
whom he loved. In later years we did not live close to one another but I will always have wonderful memories of him.

Paul this has been a busy week getting the new news of your passing on Monday and trying to be helpful to my sister. The first time I met you I loved you and my love and respect only grew. You were one of the good guys. You loved God, your family and your country. I remember when I heard the towers fell and Sue told me that you went to the recruiting office cause you wanted to go fight for our country I cried for the loss and I cried because you were so honorable. You will truly be missed but never forgotten.
