Polly Ann Smith Caudill, 55, Mooresville, died June 10, 2013, in St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born October 9, 1957, in Franklin, to the late Robert D. and Rose M. (Zinkan) Smith.
Along with her parents, Polly was preceded in death by her loving husband, Franklin Caudill; sister, Cindy Bell.
Survivors include her brothers, Michael A. Smith of Petersbug, Ronald D. Smith of Noblesville, Donald E. Basil of Kentucky, and Robert D. Smith of Canade; sister, Donna E. Basil of Kentucky; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces.

I want to share with the family that I know Polly is in Heaven. The last time she was at the hospital my pastor visited her and Polly asked the Lord to come into her heart and save her. My prayers are with you all, Norma Stewart
I will always remember Polly for her sweet smile and cheerfulness. I met her at Miller’s when I went to visit a friend. Polly always greeted me with a big smile and I enjoyed stopping a few minutes to talk with her. She was a lovely lady. I will miss her. My condolence to her family.
