  1. Dick was a very enjoyable person to know. I met Dick as a volunteer working at St Vincent de Paul Society warehouse where he was a permanent fixture repairing electric refrigerators for use by those in need. He was always very upbeat and felt it was privilege to be able to help those in need. May he rest in peace. Joe Toussaint

  2. Uncle Dick! Oh how you will be missed here on earth by those lives that you have so gently touched. I remember when I first cane to the USA in 1968 and first met you and Aunt Jean. Though I was not a so called biological son of William Roebuck, you and Aunt Jean always treated me as one of the inner circle of Roebucks. Over the years you have always been there for others, and I will always remember your kindness, genorisity, compassion and mostly love for your family, your fellow man and my family over the years. I am deeply saddened by you leaving us behind, but know that we all will be waiting to join you and will see you again soon at heaven’s door. Though today I am saddened by your sudden departure of this life, My heart once again broken from loosing a loved one so close and dear. For you and those that have left us behind, We find the strength to carrry ever onward the torch until our time. Remember this my Dear Uncle Dick, That if ever in life I’d need an Uncle, it would be you that I’d pick. The legacy that you leave behind for family and friends, Will truly be remembered until the end. So until I see you once more standing at heavens door, It was truly you that we all adore! May you find peace and enjoyment working in God’s garden, as I’m sure God will have a special spot waiting just for you. Michael Roebuck & Family (Carolyn & Brittany) 7-13-2011
