Robert Rounds

Robert “Bob” Paul Rounds, 48, Mooresville, died Sunday, June 19, 2011. Bob was born Sept 11, 1962, in Indianapolis, to the late James Franklin Rounds and Marcia Ann Meuller Rounds.

Bob graduated from Mooresville High School in 1981. He served in the Indiana National Guard and also the United States Army. Bob worked for various local businesses, most recently for Heavy’s Bar & Grille. Bob loved music, especially listening to Metallica. He also enjoyed reading.

Survivors include a half sister, Suzette Short of Florida, three nephew, and other extended relatives. Bob also leaves behind many devoted and loving friends who enjoyed spending time with him.

Friends and family will gather on Wednesday, June 29, 6 to 7 p.m., at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. An opportunity to share memories will begin at 7 p.m. A benefit in Bob’s memory will be held on Thursday at Heavy’s to assist local charities.
