September 19, 1919 - November 26, 2010 Ruth E. Artman, 91, Franklin, formerly of Carmel, passed away on November 26, 2010.A prolific choral and handbell composer with more than 200 works in print, she held a Masters Degree in Music and an honorary Doctorate of Music from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago.
