Scott Coleman Bryant

Scott Coleman Bryant, 57, Mooresville, passed away December 9, 2018. Scott was born May 30, 1961, in Indianapolis, to the late Paul D. Bryant and Judith (Coleman) Bryant, who survives.

Scott graduated from Mooresville High School in 1979 and studied journalism at Indiana University. As a young man, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. Scott enjoyed volunteering with the League of Miracles and Handicapable Camp. Scott had been employed as a travel guide and worked in various areas of the hospitality industry. He loved to travel and also enjoyed skiing and photography. Scott’s memory will be cherished by his loving and devoted family.

Survivors include his mother, Judy; brothers, Doug (Jennifer), Troy (Jamie), and Chris; nieces, Jordan Brown, Abigail Bryant, Ruby Bryant, and Coleman Bryant.

  1. I’m so sorry to hear about Scott. We volunteered together for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and he was always so sweet! I’m sorry for his family and will pray for you all.

  2. We spent a lot of good times with Scott back in our twenties, and have many fond memories. We will always think of him with a bright smile, witty repartee and brimming with good cheer.   3. A good and giving Scout… an Eagle… fond memories of our Troop 30 “no flies on us guys” with troop leaders like his dad and Paul Langley…miss those days… the smoky campfires and canoes and camping under the stars…….with those good men…
