Stephani Steckler

Stephani Steckler, 78, of Mooresville, passed away October 20, 2020. Stephani was born March 7, 1942, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late William Henry and Isa Idella (Shirley) Stephens.

Stephani worked 35 years at Indianapolis Public Library. She attended Center Community Church of Plainfield. She was a member of the Red Hats Society. Stephani had a love for animals and was always donating to a respectable charity for animals. She enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, painting, and most recently learning to play the guitar. Stephani had always been a strong determined woman. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Cameron Steckler; and a sister, Sandy Cook.

Survivors include her sons, Chris (Ginger) and John (Aimee) Steckler; grandchildren, Jessica, Kaytlin, Mackenzie, Rhianna, Oscar, Garret, and Mike; and great grandchild, Mallory.
