Stephen B. Page
70, of Indianapolis, passed away on April 7, 2026, at Washington Healthcare. Stephen was born on September 9, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Lester Page and Delores (Brown) Bowling.
Naturally athletic, Stephen played both Varsity football and baseball at Plainfield High School as a freshman, graduating in 1973. He then honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. Stephen was also talented with working with his hands, as a mechanic, then as a yard foreman for Indianapolis Shredding and most recently as a machinist at Caterpillar, retiring in 2006. A faithful man, he was a member of the Waverly Baptist Church. Additionally, he enjoyed playing golf, as well as watching and listening to his brother-in-law play with the Daniel Milton Band. He will be remembered for his faithfulness, his walk with Jesus to be a protector of his family and always willing to help anyone in need.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Charlotte Pierce, and a stepdaughter Amber Martin.
He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Terry (Brown) Page; stepson Ronald Martin; siblings Sheryl Page (Jack Paff), Brenda Marlin (R.H.), Neal Bowling (Jeanne); stepfather Joe Bowling as well as 2 step grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren, who will all miss him dearly.
Family and friends will gather in celebration of Stephen’s life on Tuesday, April 14th from 2-4pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with memorial services beginning at 4:00pm Tuesday in the funeral home.
In keeping with Stephen’s selfless generosity, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
