Ted Ray Bishop, 71, Indianapolis, passed away December 21, 2019. Mr. Bishop was born September 23, 1948, in Indianapolis, to the late Bud T. and H. Irene (Morgan) Bishop.
Ted graduated from Ben Davis High School and was employed in security for 36 years at Reilly Tar & Chemical.
Survivors include two sons, Matt (Amanda) Bishop of Monrovia and Andy Bishop of Greenwood; a brother, Gardie (Dot) Bishop of Indianapolis; five grandchildren.
Calling hours will not be observed. The graveside service will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, December 28, 2019, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hall. I’ve been looking for you Ted, for some time…I found you, too late. Ted and I went to St. Josephs, on s. Mickley ave…and then on to Ben Davis high…we had our own friends by then and would run into each other just now and then…but I never forgot you Ted, you were a great and wonderful person and I wished wr had became close friends…thats why I was looking for you Ted…to make our friendship strong, like it should of been from the beginning….I will miss you, my good friend, Ted!ߘͰߙϰߌ¹ Jerry Rosner
