  8. Dear Pfotenhauers, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ve worked for a number of people over the years, and my favorite boss of all time was Terry, when I worked for him at CCI. He taught me a bunch about people and life in general. He had such a great sense of humor and fairness. I’m a better person for having known Terry and I respected him dearly. God bless his soul. All my best, Kevin Donnelly

  9. To The Family of Terry Pfotenhauer: Mere words cannot heal what has transpired here to Terry and I can only say that I have known Terry for well over fifty years now. I played basketball with Terry at Carmel High School in the mid fifties. We remained friends long after that association and I worked for Terry when he became a very young greenskeeper at CCI. Terry was still completing his courses at Purdue and this was a very big chunk to bite off, but he perservered and worked his way through all these responsibilities with class. This did not surprise me because when we were in school, I had the pleasure of being around his Mom & Dad who we found to be loving and wonderful people it was a pleasure to be around. While our lives took us in opposite directions, I would stop and remember things we experienced as young people that would make me smile. I cannot tell you how sad this all makes me, however no doubt he has gone to a wonderful place. We are all better for having known him and been associated with a true friend for life. IN CLOSING I CAN ONLY SAY GODSPEED MY FRIEND & WE WILL SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE! ALL THE BEST/Glenn Timmis
