Wesley "Wes" Fry

Wesley “Wes” J. Fry, 87, of Mooresville, passed away on December 9, 2022. Wesley was born to the late Wesley & Jennie Fry in Gary, Indiana on January 5, 1935. Wesley Married the love of his life, Deanna on May 14, 1960. They celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary this year. Wesley was a US Marine Corp. Veteran and Vice President of RCA Credit Union in Indianapolis for the majority of his career before retiring after 8 years as a Loan Manager at Citizens Bank in Mooresville. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church for more than 50 years and gave much of his time with several community outreach programs as a parishioner. Wesley lived his best life and was a member of the Elks Club in Plainfield and past Chaplain, member and past Director of Churches in Mission, past President of the Pastoral Council, past President of St. Vincent DePaul and a past member of the Board of Education. Wesley enjoyed woodworking, attending Mooresville High School Football and Basketball games and sports cars. He was funny, loved to joke with others and would give you the shirt off his back. Wesley was a wonderful husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa. Wes will be dearly missed by his family and friends.


Wesley is survived by his loving wife; Deanna S. Fry, children; Mark (Robin Thomas) Fry and Laura Beth James, grandchildren; Brandon Fry, Victoria Fry, and Carlin James, great-grandson; Saint Bundy, along with his siblings; Bruce (Alexis) Fry, Sally Senics and Janet Willis.


Wes’s Life Celebration® Visitation will be held at Carlisle Branson Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. A private family memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made is Wesley's honor to: Churches in Mission, 27 S. Indiana St., Mooresville, Indiana 46158.
